With 15 years of experience in the fraud and risk management industry, Dhawan has been tapped to advance Kount’s recent innovations in account takeover protection and the Identity Trust Global Network. Dhawan joins Kount in a time of acceleration for the company, which was recently named on Fast Company’s list of Most Innovative Companies in 2020 and awarded AdWeek’s Best Security/Antifraud Solution.

Previously, Dhawan served as the Senior Director of Product Management for Fraud and Identity Solutions at LexisNexis where he was responsible for the company’s Cross Industry contributory initiative and Fraud Defense Network. Before taking on the Senior Director title, Dhawan held various leadership roles at the organization ranging from technology enterprise architecture to business development, serving multiple industries. Prior to joining LexisNexis, he co-founded a startup focused on Peer-2-Peer computing and distributed computing, selling the business in 2003.
