While the categories have changed this year to reflect the growing sophistication of both fraudsters and the technology used to fight them, Kount’s presence as a CNP Award winner endures. This year, for the first time, Kount has garnered honors in three separate categories winning Judges Choice and Customer Choice awards in Best Antifraud Solution—Managed Solutions and the Customer Choice award in Best Antifraud Solution—Case Management.
As a CNP Award winner every year for nearly a decade, Kount has become a well-known and trusted provider of antifraud technology for e-commerce merchants. The company says it continues to innovate. In 2020, Kount launched seven new products, including Neal Real-Time Chargeback Prevention in partnership with partner Verifi.
The company also launched Kount Control, “which takes a multi-layered approach to account protection: adaptive protection against account takeover attacks, policy customization to fine-tune protection, and reporting and data presentation to uncover trends,” it said. “Kount also launched Event-Based Bot Detection for identifying and segmenting good, bad, and questionable bots.
Leading up to the launch, Kount published its inaugural Bot Landscape and Impact Report to inform where customers experience bot activity and its effects on the customer journey. Kount’s latest innovation, Data on Demand, in partnership with Snowflake, gives customers access to big data analytics.”
The Boise, Idaho-based company is the only entrant in the 2021 CNP Awards to top more than two categories.
