An account takeover of Netflix accounts occurred in early April and in addition to gaining access to users’ games, hackers were able to see individuals’ dates of birth, country or region, and email addresses. They also gained access to payment services linked to these accounts.

While the country reopens for summer, eCommerce is not returning to normal: In May, online purchases of sporting goods were up 68% — and Crafts and Wine up 376% — over the previous year.
Other new eCommerce trends this week include:
- Office supplies increased 14% from the February average
- Expedited shipping is down from its peak, but still up 97%
- Gaming and Wireless was up 68% in May over 2019
