We're seeing major forces reshape fraud, identity, and payments - fast. In this session, we'll spotlight emerging trends, such as generative AI and alternative payment methods, and discuss their business impact. You'll hear quick insights from our team, then we'll shift to group discussion: How are these shifts showing up in your world? How are you adapting? From onboarding to setup, login and account management, to support documentation and ongoing marketing communications - where does friction show up for you, and how can we fix it? We'll walk through key moments in the Equifax customer journey and gather feedback on what's working, what's not, and what the ideal experience should look like. We're here to listen.

Roadmap remix: Help shape what's next

We're flipping the script in this session. Instead of presenting a product roadmap, we want to hear from you - if you were our Chief Product Officer, what should we prioritize and why? What feels broken, what's missing, and where should we focus next to better support your business? This is your opportunity to help shape the future of our solutions by telling us what matters most and what success looks like from your seat. We will close the session with quick preview of our direction and highlight uncovered overlaps.
