Jacob Schnepf is the Associate Director of Payment Fraud at Verizon, responsible for chargeback prevention and payment risk mitigation efforts. In his time at Verizon, he has worked in various payment related roles and has collaborated with companies such as Visa, Mastercard, Chase, and Amex on fraud related projects to prevent losses and minimize customer friction. In his current role he is focused on preventing CNP fraud while maximizing authorizations to drive sales. He holds a master’s degree in analytics from Villanova University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Florida.
