Brian’s dedication and expertise have been instrumental in scaling Kount from a modest operation with three merchants to a powerhouse team of 250, proudly serving thousands of merchants and supporting customers through our acquisition by Equifax.
At the heart of his role is a passion for unearthing new ways to tackle fraud, optimizing process flows, and delivering robust customer analytics and reporting. What Brian finds most fulfilling is the direct impact of his work on our customers - stopping fraud, boosting sales, and helping them make informed decisions. His approach is not just about numbers; it’s about real-world impact, making each data point a part of Kount’s success story.
Away from the data, Brian enjoys the mental challenges found in Pickleball, golf, and various puzzles like Wordle and Sudoku. A dream of his, competing in the World Series of Poker main event, mirrors his professional life’s strategic and calculated nature. His love for intellectual stimulation extends to more leisurely activities, like binging ‘The Queen’s Gambit’ and delving into books about decision-making under uncertainty.
