The decision to sunset the Midigator brand follows our strategic acquisition by Equifax in 2022, which was planned with the vision of aligning our strengths more closely with the Equifax family. We are proud that Equifax recognized the value in both Midigator's technology and our team. This merger allows us to utilize resources more efficiently and effectively across the board. Joining forces with Kount, also an Equifax company and a leader in pre-authorization fraud solutions, complements our expertise in post-authorization fraud. This synergy is a natural progression towards a more integrated approach. After an extensive internal evaluation, it was determined that continuing under the Kount brand would best serve our combined customer base, enhancing our ability to offer top-tier fraud prevention solutions.

The brand transition to Kount will not impact the functionality or accessibility of the Midigator solutions you currently use. You'll continue to log into the same Midigator-branded portal and have access to all the same features and services as before. We are simply transitioning the Midigator name under Kount to streamline our operations and enhance our offerings. Our goal is to make this change as seamless as possible for you, ensuring you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.

As we integrate with Kount under the Equifax umbrella, you can look forward to several enhancements in the future. For now, your services will remain the same, providing stability through this transition. However, as we continue to align our operations, you'll benefit from expanded resources, a broader talent pool, and access to Equifax's extensive databases. These advantages will allow us to refine and advance our solutions even further. While immediate solutions may not be noticeable, we are excited about upcoming innovations and will keep you fully informed as new features become available.
