Adam Gunther

Senior Vice President and General Manager

Adam Gunther is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Digital Solutions team at Equifax. The Digital Solutions team, which encapsulates the Equifax global identity and fraud portfolio that includes the Kount and Midigator brands, continually strives to fulfill its mission to be the world’s premier AI-driven digital enablement solution provider by bringing highly-innovative identity, payment, and compliance technologies to market. The organization partners with over 20,000 digital businesses around the globe; including Staples, Chase, Barclays, BlueSnap, and Inspire Brands.

Prior to his current leadership role, Adam joined Equifax in 2019 where he served as the Senior Vice President of Digital Identity before eventually attaining the position of Chief Product Officer for the Digital Solutions team. Adam was responsible for spearheading the effort to transition the company’s Identity and Fraud portfolio from multiple standalone products to a suite of solutions built on a fully integrated platform, delivered with a single API. 

Before joining Equifax, Adam spent 16 years at IBM in various product management and engineering leadership roles. He recently served as the product executive responsible for IBM’s worldwide portfolio of Trusted Identity offerings built on blockchain technology and led global product management for IBM Cloud Platform (Bluemix).

Adam holds a B.S. in Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University. He previously served on the board of directors for SecureKey Technologies and currently volunteers for Pack for a Purpose, an organization that enables travelers to make meaningful contributions to the places they visit.
