For an eCommerce merchant, you need a great checkout experience, because we see shopping cart abandonment as a huge issue within it. Because if it’s too much work, I’m simply not gonna do it. Go and find a great tool that will help you look for those outliers, that make it so you can process that transaction safely, securely and swiftly as well I would say. Because if you have to double check a bunch of things in behind, that just takes time and delays the order. Technology we use as consumers is getting more sophisticated, technology merchants are using is getting more sophisticated, technology criminals are using is getting more sophisticated. And I think that we all have to accept that that’s the reality, that’s why it’s so important that you have the tools to help and tools that are kept up to date to reflect how criminals are really going after it. It’s really about leveraging the best tools, because nobody today can have all the tools. It’s really about finding great partners, and if you look at successful firms, one of the things that we’re seeing increasingly drives between the successful and the not successful, is how good they partner, how good do they leverage solutions and build partnerships to help them be successful. And for a merchant, you need to take advantage of the tools that help you protect yourself against fraud. Those tools that are free from the networks, but also to invest in tools that will help you manage the risk of accepting payments. And it’s all about leaning on the expertise of those who spend time in those worlds, because you can’t be an expert in everything. And what we try to do at Moneris is bring in the best.
