In her five years at MANSCAPED™, Ashley McCubbin has helped lead and contribute to countless projects and initiatives. She helped grow the CX team from three to over 30, and enhanced their award-winning customer experience worldwide across DTC, retail, and marketplace channels. 

She has helped to build an internal portal with the MANSCAPED™ development team, allowing for a single source of truth and customer support actions. Most recently, she led the development of a successful high-risk/loss prevention initiative, forming a specialized team of three amazing specialists via the use of Kount solutions and effective collaborations across the organization.
