Nadia’s journey with Kount and Midigator began as a Client Success Manager. Throughout the years, she has moved into various roles, including her current role as the Director of Customer Success for Kount’s Chargeback Management solutions. 

Her professional fulfillment comes from understanding client needs and guiding them toward the value-driven solutions we offer. She enjoys the constant learning experience her role affords and the opportunity to work alongside her knowledgeable Kount and Midigator peers. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, tending to her plants, and getting lost in her favorite books.
