Norma Flores is a Director of Customer Care with eharmony. Norma has over 15 years of experience in Customer Care, and currently serves as a liaison between the Finance and Customer Care departments. Her strategic oversight extends to the entire payments ecosystem, where she spearheads initiatives to enhance payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer satisfaction. Norma’s expertise lies in leveraging innovative solutions to streamline operations and driving customer-centric policies. Norma and her team are dedicated to ensuring that all eharmony members have an excellent experience with the product, an unparalleled service experience if they need assistance along the way, and a seamless offboarding experience when they find a match. Prior to joining eharmony, Norma held various leadership positions for global brands in the apparel and manufacturing industries where she honed her skills in project management, process optimization, and team development.

Outside of work, Norma is passionate about volunteering with teens. She actively participates in programs that provide guidance and support to teenagers, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, always eager to immerse herself in different cultures and broaden her horizons.
