The 2025 Kount Customer Advisory Board is built on the foundation of collaboration and partnership.

Together, we aim to:

  1. Align the Kount roadmap with customer priorities to ensure impactful and relevant solutions.
  2. Identify and develop features, enhancements, and solutions to address industry challenges proactively. 
  3. Refine messaging and strategies to resonate with the target audience and drive market engagement. 
  4. Leverage diverse perspectives to anticipate trends, identify customer behavior, and identify emerging needs.
  5. Improve satisfaction, adoption, and retention through best practices and educational resources.

Your exclusive role as a CAB member

We value your time and expertise, which is why CAB membership is designed to be impactful and manageable. Members commit to a 12-month term with three scheduled meetings in 2025:

  • Two virtual meetings: April 30, 2025 and October 22, 2025
  • One in-person meeting: Boise, ID (Date TBD)

Members are expected to attend the in-person meeting and at least one of two virtual meetings.
