Lynnette Zipp

Vice President, Human Resources

Lynnette has over 15 years of human resources experience with a focus on partnering and leadership. She’s passionate about driving innovative and impactful HR solutions that drive teams and leaders to operate at their best.

She started her HR career at NASA Ames Research Center in Mountain View, CA. There she was able to support bright minds in the science organization. After 7 years at NASA, she joined Micron technology as a Global HRBP supporting the DRAM engineering arm of the company. She supported over 2,000 employees globally in all aspects of “People” programs.

Lynnette has an MBA from San Jose State University and a Bachelors in Business from the College of Idaho.
